Ossi Weckström, B.E. (Mechanical & Production Engineering), age 31, has been appointed to the position of Head of Machinery Outfit design on January 2, 2019.
Mr Weckström holds a degree in mechanical engineering and originally he has started his career within the marine industry over 12 years ago. His previous positions include Project Manager at Bluetech Finland, Detail Design Coordinator at the Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Ltd and Layout Design Engineer at STX Finland Rauma Shipyard. His latest position prior to the current was the Lead Engineer at Pöyry.
The appointment strengthens Bluetech’s offering in the Mechanical and HVAC design. Mr Weckström brings lead engineering talents and excellent coordination skills in machinery outfitting projects to the marine business.
